Connecting Inverter vision to the local network via Wi-Fi

We always recommend connecting the Inverter vision directly to the router via a wired LAN connection.

In exceptional cases, a WLAN connection can be established for a wireless connection to a Wi-Fi network near the inverter.

  • Ensure that the antenna is screwed to the inverter
  • Download SOLARWATT Pro app on your smartphone

  • Login with your SOLARWATT Pro portal account credentials
  • Select Inverter setup

The app will begin searching for the inverter device via Bluetooth

  • When the inverter has been found, select Configure WIFI
  • Enter WLAN name and password and connect with Next

Note

To successfully complete the setup of the SOLARWATT Manager, all devices that are to communicate with the Manager, including the Inverter vision, must be connected to the same network.

Before installation, ask the customer for a network access via which you can search for devices and connect all installed devices to this network.
