The SOLARWATT Battery vision stores surplus solar power during the day and releases it again in the evening and at night when the electricity demand in the house increases.
In the event of power outages, the storage system can even supply important consumers via the SOLARWATT Inverter vision.
The Battery vision is "Time of Use"-ready and intelligently uses electricity price signals from the power exchange in combination with the SOLARWATT Manager and Inverter vision.
This allows the battery to automatically charge during periods of particularly low electricity prices, ensuring maximum cost efficiency in energy supply.

The SOLARWATT Battery vision offers comprehensive safety and fulfills the VDE application rule VDE-AR-E 2510-50 as well as the current and future European Battery Regulation (EU-BattVO).
It is compliant with British installation and fire protection regulations and thus facilitates the implementation of safety standards.
The battery provides protection on all levels:
- Mechanical: Robust housing with overpressure protection.
- Electrical: Real-time monitoring and comprehensive overvoltage protection.
- Fire protection: No fire or explosion leakage, controlled gas development.
- Environmental influences: Resistant to salt spray, vibrations and extreme temperatures.
Independent testing guarantees the highest level of safety.

With SOLARWATT Battery vision and SOLARWATT Manager you have control over your energy. The SOLARWATT Manager offers you two main options:
- Prioritised charging: The storage system is charged so that it is full in the evening.
- Optimisation of self-consumption: All household consumers are supplied first in order to maximise self-consumption from the photovoltaic system.
Take advantage of low electricity rates by automatically charging the battery at low prices and selling solar power at high rates (availability may vary by country and grid region).
The Manager also prevents the battery from discharging during times of favourable grid tariffs, ensuring cost-optimised usage.
Modular and flexible.
With SOLARWATT Battery vision, you are opting for maximum flexibility. Thanks to its modular design, the storage capacity can be adapted precisely to your needs.
Each pack has a usable storage capacity of 2.6 kWh. Battery vision allows storage sizes from 5.2 to 18.2 kWh (2 to 7 packs).
If your requirements change, for example due to the purchase of an electric car, you can expand the Battery vision at any time. This means you only pay for the capacity you really need and still remain adaptable at all times.
Security even during a power outage.
The Battery vision provides you with extra security during power outages. Thanks to the integrated backup power function and the corresponding SOLARWATT Inverter vision, you can continue to operate essential devices even in the event of a grid failure.
This way, you remain independent and well-supplied, even if the power grid goes down.
