Limitation of liability

Solarwatt accepts no liability for damage to persons, property, the product or consequential damage caused by non-compliance with these installation and operating instructions. Furthermore, it accepts no liability for damage to the product caused by improper use, during repairs, when opening the storage system or the inverter and by any actions by unqualified electricians who are not certified by Solarwatt. This limitation of liability also applies to the use of unauthorized spare parts and non-compliance with the specified maintenance intervals. It is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications or technical changes to the product.
